The role

The Solutions Consultant is the anchor within our Technology Services (TS) practice. In this role you will lead and manage large TS managed services and projects of complex nature.

You will provide guidance and support to associates and consultants for any TS specific service engagements. You will drive quality through ensuring that standard Service and project methodologies are followed in all engagements.

In addition to this you will support Global Service architects and Global delivery in the refinement of existing services and processes.

The consultant must :

  • Promote the commitment of customers to achieve the financial objectives of the Company's products and services.
  • Keep up to date with Microsoft Cloud technologies, including obtaining the necessary certifications for M365 and Azure.
  • Become an expert to provide guidance and cloud solutions to customers that align with the business needs of enterprises.
  • Conduct assessments of customer environments.
  • Define the customer's digital transformation strategy.
  • Elaborate adoption plans
  • Create service task lists
  • What we need to see from you

  • Extensive cloud experience from Microsoft (M365 and Azure) : Identity : AzureADConnect, ADFS, MIM,Active Directory, AzureADSecurity : Conditional Access, Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), ExchangeModern Management : Intune / Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, SCCM Productivity : Exchange onPrem.
  • Production toolsWindows Virtual Desktop

  • Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Experience working in a team and in a collaborative consulting environment.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with little supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Years of experience :

  • 3 years in business consulting and technology adoption environments.
  • Languages :

  • English : High level, spoken and written
  • Spanish : Native or bilingual
  • Certifications :

  • They are not required, but they will be valued.
