As a Enablement Manager you will be working closely with Sales Enablement, Customer Success and Services teams to ensure that they are well-resourced with the content, training and knowledge of all available assets to drive value and success to our customers.
Core Responsabilities...Lead training delivery of enablement programs for internal Celonis personnel in Services, Customer Success and Pre-Sales.
Manage and conduct Onboarding for designated rolesMaintain strong alignment with team leaders to identify and align on general and targeted developmental needs Work closely with Enablement Program Manager to support development plans and ensure effectively deliveryCollaborate with Operations to perform analysis that will evaluate program effectiveness and drive program development YOU.
