Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Director aligned to the KPMG Risk Hub solution to be based in our Sydney or Melbourne offices.

The role is initially offered as a 6 month contract with the potential to extend. An attractive package with incentives on targets will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

As the Sales Director for KPMG Risk Hub you will blend senior relationships, risk insights and outstanding leadership to help clients from large to SME organisations across all industries to address important challenges relating to :

  • Strategic risk and compliance (GRC) management
  • Business controls transformation
  • Technology enablement
  • Risk culture
  • Your primary responsibility will be the identification, qualification and pipeline management of sales opportunities to achieve KPMG Risk Hub solution growth targets with the key responsibilities of :

  • Develop integrated solutions that address clients business needs (both industry and business)
  • Deliver client value whilst supporting KPMG business strategies
  • Execute an Australia-wide sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop valued relationships with clients and KPMG Partners
  • Lead, mentor and motivate the sales force to achieve growth targets
  • Opportunity creation and sales closure support

    To be successful in the role we are looking for a sales executive with exceptional leadership and communication skills combined with sales and risk experience including :

  • Previous experience working in Risk and Compliance or Technical sales delivering consistent sales results in a large vendor context
  • Demonstrated ability building influence at senior levels particularly with CRO, CFO, COO and CIO roles
  • Experience in corporate strategy, risk projects or GRC implementation will be favourable
  • Exceptional team leadership to develop pipeline and sales across the sales champion network
  • Understanding and expertise in relevant aspects of the regulatory compliance landscape in Australia
  • Knowledge of IBM OpenPages will be beneficial but not required
