Job description

As a Senior Developer, you will join a talented and experienced payment team, working on state-of-the-art software development projects based on Clear2Pay’s Open Payments Framework (OPF), which enables financial institutions with acquiring, monitoring, netting and clearing functions for their payment systems.

You will participate in the engagement teams with the customization and integration of the OPF products, such as SEPA and International-

Credit-Transfer solutions. You will advise on development best practices and tips learned from the OPF development.


  • Development and maintenance of a payment software application
  • Technical mentor for all evolutions / enhancement of this application
  • Participate in the development and implementation of our payment applications in a state of the art environment (UML, XML, Test Director, J2EE, BPM, Oracle )
  • Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of the J2EE platform and J2EE design patterns, persistence frameworks.
  • Strong experience with IBM Websphere, EJB, JSP, Struts, XML, Eclipse, Oracle, Hibernate, JDBC
  • Knowledge of IBM WSAD & WAS is an asset
  • Knowledge of BPEL is an asset
  • Good social contacts, team player
  • Minimum 3 years of experience required
  • Experience with the development of financial software applications is a plus
  • A pro-active can-do’ attitude
  • Willingness to travel for short periods
  • Self-disciplined and motivated; ability to prioritize and self manage time and tasks
  • Very committed : will require very strong commitments at peak times
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
