1 - Design and carry out with the training plan and ensure that the training is adequate for the effective and efficient performance of the tasks performed by the team.
2 - Define, establish and maintain the procedures and tools needed by the team to perform their tasks with maximum quality and deficiency.
3 - Supervise the output of the team in quality and time.4 - Promote and align team activities in line with the company's policy and strategy.
5 - Lead team meetings and decisions6 - Assign the optimum profiles to the projects in accordance with SE TE priorities and the Load / Capacity process.
7 - Define and maintain the internal organizational structure and roles. Define and evolve team member career plan.8 - Participate in some core projects, contributing with his / her expertise in the configuration management domain Requirements / Scope : Provide cross-functional support activities on master data product and technical documentation configuration and support of design modifications scope.
