For our location in Barcelona, we are looking for an energetic and proactive person that strengthens our team. Are you enthusiastic, do you like to take initiative and are you the problem-solving type?

We are now looking for a talented HR Business Partner who will help all local stakeholders. The aim is to support building up a high performing organization : supporting and driving organizational development, top level, and hands-on business strategies, and ensuring development opportunities and that global processes are implemented and lived at local level.

In this role you will be part of a small, motivated local team with the opportunity to work in an international environment.

You will partner up with the HR Services Specialist and directly report to the HR Regional VP. You will collaborate with a variety of people both locally and globally.

We can promise you a truly dynamic function covering a broad range of HR related topics.

As HR BP , you will have the following key accountabilities :

  • You establish excellent internal relationships with local management, employees, and regional / global key stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration and alignment of HR practices.
  • You ensure day to day HR duties such as support in recruitment, talent management, career development (target setting, review, calibration...)
  • You meet with senior management regularly to support business; attend staff and leadership meetings when required.
  • You support the regional leaders in implementing global guidelines in the local office.
  • You provide guidance and input on Organizational Development related issues such as workforce planning, talent pool, team efficiencies...
  • You counsel on performance management, career development, conflict and change management if needed.
  • You work on internal communication regarding employee matters and contribute to the Netquest’s brand.
  • You collect, compile, analyse, prepare and deliver insights for management for all HR related data in order to anticipate or act upon business needs.
  • Requirements

  • You have a degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar.
  • You have around 5 years of experience in the HR field, ideally in a similar position
  • You have excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
  • You have good analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • You can develop and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization, while also advocating for an issue, management, employee and / or providing constructive feedback.
  • You can work strategically in a matrix environment. You are proactive and can be seen as trusted advisor and coach.
  • You are customer centered, passionate about People and love working in team
