Digital Marketing Manager SP & PT

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to build and implement the digital marketing strategy in the region, managing our online acquisition efforts and push Adyen’s digital presence across a number of channels.

In this role, you own the digital marketing strategy in Spain and Portugal to drive customer engagement by finding new, innovative ways to increase brand awareness and connect with our target audience.

You will work from our Madrid office as part of the global marketing team.

You are our ideal candidate if you are passionate about digital marketing, data, tech, a strong communicator with a wide range of digital marketing skills.

You have a hands-on mentality, with an ability to develop, implement, track and optimize new marketing initiatives across all digital channels.

Collaborating closely with the global marketing teams, you will be delivering creative lead generation initiatives and brand awareness marketing campaigns.

What you’ll do :

  • Drive B2B lead generation campaigns in the Spanish and Portuguese markets to identify new opportunities and deliver leads to support sales efforts;
  • Execute and improve all paid search tactics through hands-on, daily optimisations across paid channels (search, social, display).
  • Involving strategic creation, implementation, and management of Paid Search Marketing campaigns;
  • Execute and improve current Spanish and Portuguese SEO tactics, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building and more;
  • Leverage analytics tools to determine effectiveness of campaigns and promotions across all channels;
  • Collaborate with local & global teams of content & digital marketing, events marketing, designers, product managers, sales, marketing, and external influencers and agencies to deliver the digital marketing strategy and assets to implement across multiple platforms;
  • Update and maintain Spanish website.
  • Who you are :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital B2B marketing and customer acquisition;
  • Experienced digital practitioner in B2B payment technology with demonstrable and well-rounded experience in SEO / SEM, paid social, programmatic;
  • Experienced with Google Analytics is a must, Marketo and Salesforce experience is a plus;
  • High language proficiency in both Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus;
  • Data-oriented, analytical mindset. Experience with and good understanding of working with data optimisation;
  • Hands on mentality, creative and curious about the latest technologies and platforms.
