As part of South & West Europe (SWE) Digital Marketing team, your main assignment is to contribute to the improvement of Business and Customer Satisfaction developing and implementing digital marketing Programs and Activities to our customers and target audience aligned with our omnichannel strategy.

Through thoughtful understanding of customer and business needs, you will transform them into digital marketing deliverables and will ensure and follow their successful performance .

Main activities and responsibilities :

  • User experience project : Ensure successful new website launch and maintenance process in SWE area.In collaboration with local Marketing teams, responsible for having updated and optimized (right SEO positioning) local websites within the area.
  • Main contact and advisor for local Marketing teams in website improvement.

  • Marketing AutomationDevelop, implement and follow-up of main guidelines for effective and efficient Marketing Automation within the area in alignment with HQ Customer segmentation, target emailing, workflow, personalized contentBuild up standard forms in AEM and ACSLead nurturingGuide and assist local Marketing teams in deployment of local Marketing Automation initiatives
  • Adobe Campaign superuserMain contact point for SWE team regarding ACS.SWE representative in the HQ regarding ACS.Provide training to local users when required.
  • Digital CampaignsArea guidelines definition and coordination with the agency.Ensure ROI of campaigns launched within SWE area.
  • Track and improve.Advise and guide local Marketing teams in local campaigns.Aligned with HQ, participate in the definition and performance follow-up of online media plan in the area.

  • Content ManagementEnsure content market impact.Secure and follow-up the media planTrack content publication performance and provide recommendations based on results.
  • Establish processes to ensure omnichannel communication.Optimum deployment of Grundfos programmes

  • Analytics : Develop standard analytics reports that enable taking business decisions based on customer insights.Digital campaigns or ad-hoc digital initiatives performance tracking.
  • Social MediaIn alignment with HQ, provide clear guidelines to local Marketing teams in order to improve the effectiveness of Social Media activities within the area.
  • Ensure the Employee Advocacy project to become a successful project and prepare the team to become Social Selling actors.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Collaborate and select vendor partners

    Branding compliance : In all communication, internally as well as externally, make sure that branding guidelines are properly used and that principles are conveyed accordingly.

    What do you need to apply?

    Required :

  • Demonstrated hands-on practical experience working as internal or external consultant with Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Must be an expert on this.

  • Experiencein Marketing Automation
  • Deep knowledge of website management and SEO / SEM
  • Experience using analytics
  • Fluent inSpanish and English
