Responsibilities

  • End user support via mail, chat or telephone
  • Resolution of End User IT Incidents
  • Handling of standard changes or standard service requests for single End Users
  • Strives to resolve at least 50% in the first contact
  • Track and Trace of open user requests within all delivery parties
  • Skills

  • Extended computer knowledge to manage the basics of the laptop / desktop / mobile devices, software and network issues (windows and Mac S.O.), office suite,
  • Provides basic support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer, hardware configurations, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Behaviour :

  • Location :

    Barcelona office. Working from home is not allowed

    Languages : Polish-English

    Shift : 40h / week,

    Service hours : 08 : 30 19 : 00, Monday to Friday.
