Tareas y Misiones principales - Responsabilidades
The Job holder is supporting the A400M Industrial Partners Management team in the following areas :
Overall Industrial Partners & Participants package coordination through
Programme Review Meetings preparation (internal PRMs and PRMs with IPPs)
Multi Functional Team preparation
Ensure that AMSL is able to fulfil its contractual obligations to the Industrial Partners and Participants (IPPs) with regards to financial sharing establishment and payments, through
Financial sharing calculations
Purchase Orders management
Support decisions on Additional Work situations and claims negotiations through :
Business cases development
Claim Review Meeting preparations
Industrial Contract analysis and legal assessment
Preparation of Export business cases and financial impacts assessment for IPP’s scope.
Provide support to ensure that AMSL shall be able to fulfil its contractual obligations, reporting on identified risks and coordinating actions to mitigate possible impacts , concretely on projects dedicated to lights and water waste secondary flow impact mitigation.
Transversal projects Coordination and drumbeat at Programme level.
Reporting Balance Score Card of Industrial KPIs
Industrial meetings preparation
Counterclaims culture implementation and monthly coordination (SDO process) cross sites all over A400M Industrial

Educational Qualification :
Legal, Business, or engineering graduate (with business knowledge)
Languages : English & Spanish (fluent); German & French of advantage (not mandatory)

Basic (project) management skills to perform improvement / cost saving projects
