We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to manage our external and internal film business, covering an external sales and internal from sites within Film & Foil BU.
The Sales Manager will manage a direct team of up to 5 sales executives and will be responsible for achieving budgeted targets, including profitable sales growth, increasing customer satisfaction and continuously improving KPI performance of the sales team.
JOB DIMENSIONS & SCOPE
Managing internal and external sales of film segment with main focus within EMEA though also sales in North America and Asia.
Coaching and developing his / her team members to achieve targets and grow the accounts they are responsible for
Setting goals with sales executives and tracking progress using the appropriate KPIs
Building and developing strong relationships within the key accounts that support our growth targets
Designing and executing account plans for the respective key customers
Leading the major negotiation processes and ensuring the necessary preparation is adequately across the stakeholders and supporting functions, to maximise success
Liaising with the Innovation and R&D function to convert identified key customer needs in new business opportunities
Managing overall business portfolio to maximize revenues and profitability; monitoring and reporting on critical KPIs
Setting up the strategy and marketing orientation for the business, on short and long term basis
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
1. Formal Qualifications and Experience
Prior Sales experience of a minimum of 5 years within a B2B / technical environment; ideally with a background in packaging.
Strong leadership and ability to drive sales teams.Sales team management experience will be considered as an advantage.
International experience and global cultural knowledge. Ability to work in different markets and in a matrix organization.
Language requirement is English, another European language is an advantage.
Experience of Salesforce.com will be an asset.
