Objectives :

  • Bring think big expertise to enlarge foreseen deals
  • Help to secure and sign multi-million deals
  • Coach existing team to improve customer operationnal excellence
  • Help the LE Sales VP achieve a more accurate, realistic and predictable view for selected Top deals
  • Help to accelerate deals by driving strong focus on deadlines (SAP and customer side)
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, coach, enable and motivate VAT to help identify, nurture and close major Big Bets / opportunities
  • Lead and facilitate a governance model that will leverage cross-LOB efforts
  • Involve internal VAT as well as development and support organizations during the early stage of sales cycles in order to help achieve expected results
  • Inspire and influence internal stakeholders, experts and other ressources not under direct control of the VAT and help remove obstacles to achieve goals
  • Putting in place disciplined and best-practice sales management processes across supported Big Bets / opportunities
  • Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • Deep knowledge and experience of Big deals
  • Solid Network with key SAP stakeholders
  • Crafted and secured million-euro software deals
  • Ability to lead sales cycles as a visionary and trusted advisor across the customer engagement
  • Proven track record of success with SAP
