Position Summary Cigna Europe has an excellent opportunity for a Market Insights Senior Analyst within the Marketing Research & Insights team.

The purpose of the role is to develop and manage market campaign analytics for different customer groups across Europe, this includes consumer and commercial segments in multiple markets.

You will own the measurement approach and tracking framework of marketing campaigns across the business to determine the ROI and will help shape marketing campaign decisions.

Main duties / Responsibilities + Measure the approach and methodology on all Europe Marketing activity+ Campaign evaluation & success tracking against defined KPI's+ Develop a 360 reporting framework+ Analyse performance and channel information to deliver channel optimisation and budget recommendations+ Join up different campaign insights to represent different segments across the business to help shape business decisions and inform marketing activity.

  • Presenting to senior management on findings to help inform the business.+ Support the Marketing function by coordinating marketing and budget planning workstreams, collaborating with International Markets Center of Excellence+ Work with the Head of Research & Insights to develop and execute the campaign evaluation strategy.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all campaign evaluation needs are identified and addressed appropriately.
  • Requirements + Experience of working in an international business preferred+ Experience of working in financial services or healthcare preferred but not essential+ 4+ years working closely with research in a client segment or research team.

    Research agency experience will be considered not essential+ Experience in monitoring marketing campaigns and driving tangible outcomes+ Ability to work constructively with cross-functional partners in a rapidly evolving business+ Fluent in English - Multi-lingual skills desirable+ Degree educated, preferably in a Business, Marketing or Data analytics discipline Personal Competencies required + Analytical mind-set and data-driven research experience+ Experience of sourcing, sorting and drawing conclusions from a variety of information sources+ Ability to create and manage campaign research activity+ Use of reporting and presentation packages+ Excellent planning and organisational skills+ A proactive individual who can be relied on to deliver+ A self- starter with the ability to work without constant supervision+ Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with minimal guidance+ Creative and innovative mind set+ Sound planning and organisational skills+ Able to multi-task and flexible and adaptable in your approach to things About Cigna Cigna Corporation (NYSE : CI) is a global health service company dedicated to improving the health, well-being and peace of mind of those we serve.
