We are currently looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Manager, who has experience in a similar position and with the interest of working in the web-based adult entertainment industry.
This is a Temp to Full Time position.

Responsible for the overall happiness of our customers.
Define the metrics that the company will use to measure the success of our customer service operations.
Create reports that show progress on metrics and goals.
Keep all protocols and scripts documented and up to date.
Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives and conduct training.
Handle and manage support tickets.
Work closely with outsourced agents / call centers / resources and manage relationships with them.
Make recommendations to the product and tech team to improve our products based on customer issues and feedback
5 years or more professional experience in Customer Service or Customer Support.
Experience in managing a customer service team for web-based products.
Experience in adult industry and NATs are highly preferred.
Experience in working with a remote team.
Familiar with ticketing systems such as ZenDesk or others.
Outstanding communication skills and management skills.
Expert in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other standard office suite tools.
