ROLE PURPOSE This is an operational leading support role in the Supply Chain Function. The Post-sales Support Manager is responsible for setting up an effective strategy to manage service orders as required by internal and external customers.

This will encompass products for sale (accessories, machines, spares), products used in the Supply Chain (raw materials, consumables) and other products / services needed for the development of the company across the EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions.

The Post-sales Support Manager manages orders as per GLORY procedures, takes care of the service offered to customers and is responsible for On Time in Full Delivery.

Managing a Team of 8 - 10 people, the Post-sales Support Manager ensures that the department maintains correct information and workflow with the merchandise petitioners, they will check shipping documentation is compliant for each market, ensuring the correct reception of goods and services at the minimum cost established.

Planning is an essential part of the role and the Post-sales Support Manager will use tools for analysis, the correct management of stock based on continuous replenishment and for Demand Estimation.

  • Planning activity includes the correct management of the standards in JSOX.
