We are looking for a Lead Telecoms Engineer who leads the company's Telecom engineering and R&D team.

5G RAN skills : Mandatory

Understanding of vendor ecosystem and 5G RAN architecture (RU / DU / CU) Understanding of cell configuration parameters (PLMNID, S-NSSAI, earfcn, PCI, TAC, neighbor lists, etc)
Understanding of RAN sharing options (MOCN / MORAN).

Experience working with OSS for operational control of 4G or 5G RAN devices from a RAN vendor
Experience in RF planning for 5G deployment Experience in optimization (SON)
Experience working with open-source RAN stacks : OAI, srsLTE, etc
5G Core Network skills :

Understanding of EPC and 5GC architecture and components (AMF / MME, UPF / SPGW, PCF / PCRF, HSS) Understanding of QoS control in core network (QCI, PCC rules)
