Main role / Job Objective :
As a COE SW Team Leader you will lead the team of Field Application Engineers. You handle the day to day service business together with your team.
Main responsibilities and key activities :
You lead, develop and organize your team effectively (including measurements).
You coach and develop individuals’ skills, competence and potential.
You create an environment in which his team can deliver according to the expectations, within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
You set clear objectives and expectations.
You use daily management & KPI’s to monitor the operational performance of the team.
You provide regular performance feedback and reviews.
You conduct regular appraisals.
You follow the defined processes and guidelines.
You get team results.
you are the go to person for customers, your team, the COE Director, the managers-project coordinator and PMO team leads
You have a master degree or bachelor degree with experience in prepress and printing processes.
You have excellent knowledge about Esko products and solutions.
You have at least 2 years’ experience in the field.
You have good language skills : Excellent English and native Italian or Spanish speaking
You are customer oriented : you are an excellent listener and understand the customers’ needs. You relate these in our support offering.
You have good training skills.
You have a structured approach for services preparation.
You possess a sense of urgency & hands-on mentality.
You have good verbal and written communication skills, you are a good presenter.
You are flexible towards opening hours, standby, regular customer visits.
You have experience in people management or ready to grow in this area
