Direct the development, implementation and operational aspects of group level compensation policies, programs and processes.
Operate as a global leader, engaging each of our global business to improve the operational model and governance of the organization.

This role reports to the Group Vice president of Compensation and Benefits, and provides the opportunity for an experienced leader to grow responsibilities over time.
Currently, the global function encompasses Executive Compensation, Legal and Regulatory aspects of group activities, global systems : design, process and governance for new technology, Consultative design and support for new compensation models and analytics Global Mobility, Executive Committee Support.
The key activities and responsibilities of this position will be :
Drive towards processes and policies that are aligned with the corporate values of ?Simple, Personal, and Fair? (SPF).
Display a strong level of organization and attention to detail; Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent executive presentation skills : ability to extract, analyze and present actionable information from data.
Act as a central point for key aspects of legal and regulatory requirements for the business that need to be accommodated, including CRDIV and related regulations from the European Central Bank (ECB) and the Bank of Spain.
MBA or Law degree, degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering.
Domain expertise in compensation and benefits, including professional certifications.
Experience with Legal and banking regulation (CRDIV, Pillar 3 etc..) .
Analytic experience (big data, statistical modelling, excel and database).
Experience of 10+ years in compensation (Executive compensation, base pay, etc..).
It is also valuable experience in functions of analysis and business planning, Legal and HR.
Expert level of English and Spanish.
