This Role will report to the Global Head of Sales and will work very closely Sales Director in local market
Located in our office in Barcelona, s / he will be part of the Global Sales team, in charge to acquire new Restaurants and to sell yield management solutions.
What you will do :
The Inbound Sales Manager develops the existing Sales team, consisting of 10 inbound sales We expect the team to grow significantly in the next 2 years.
Leading an international team of Inbound Sales
Improve productivity of the team
Work with central B2B Marketing team in order to define, fine tune and improve all the processes and content of the lead generation campaigns, with the goal to generate more inbound leads
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within TheFork
Work closely with the Country Sales leaders to ensure consistency & alignment Vs country targets
Developing company / team KPIs
Work together with rest of sales & Account management teams in the pursuit of excellent results and flawless execution
Keep up with product training and new offerings as well as latest value proposition
Who you are :
Fluent in English AND Spanish
High level of Italian and / or French
5 years team management skill experience in inside sales
experience in B2B online environment and / or leisure-restoration.
Autonomous and familiar to work with KPIs and targets at individual, team,and company level Strong organizational and analytic skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
Excellent sales, negotiation, customer service, nurturing, educating and communications skills
Self-motivated and thorough
Experienced at building effective customer relationships through positive communication, honesty and trust
Target driven and proven self-starter with ability to deliver on targets without constant supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively
Good business judgment when making decisions and always considers the relevance / impact of each decision on the business
Plus requirements :
Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
