As a Technical Account Manager, you are responsible for providing technical solutions and managing relationships with Google's largest and most strategic online publishers.

As a liaison between clients and our technical staff, you flawlessly lead deployments, implementations and integrations of a variety of our product lines (such as Search, Mobile, Video and Commerce).

From monitoring product performance to debugging and troubleshooting product code, you are the resident expert that addresses partner needs.

You are a technical expert with an entrepreneurial drive and passion for client management.

As part of the VirusTotal team, you'll drive customer relationships by managing on-boarding, billing, solving problems, cultivating relationships with clients and collaborating with Engineering team to prioritize tasks and drive customers’ successful engagement with the platform.

Your responsibilities will range from managing customer concerns to developing a scalable sales structure. As a Solutions Consultant, you'll take initiative and comfortably work in a rapidly-changing environment demonstrating a desire to learn.

You'll also contribute experience in customer service, sales, and / or consulting. Think of your role as a hybrid mix between Customer Experience Engineering, Customer Success, Account Management, and Sales operations.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle and customer billing working closely with the Finance, Legal, and VirusTotal team.
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers and VirusTotal community and support them throughout their engagement lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of service usage and basic technical use cases (API integration, Intelligence investigations, etc.).

  • Discover opportunities beyond simple business that will lead to partnerships and community engagement.

  • Conduct business pipeline reviews and develop bespoke strategies for customers.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience reading or debugging code in Python or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of ICT security, reverse engineering, and malware research or passion to learn about these fields.
  • Ability to take initiative and continuously look for better ways to achieve goals.
  • Ability to understand customers security challenges and how our products may be applied to provide solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
