The Roca Gallery host an extensive agenda of activities with the aim of creating content and experiences of interest to architects, designers, interior designers and other professionals within the industry.
As a Product Specialist you will be the ambassador of the company's products and design solutions in the Roca Gallery of Madrid, as well as work creatively by developing design projects (Roca Design Service) and pragmatically by generating business and resources (end-users and specifiers).
Among the responsabilities related to the position :
To introduce the product catalog and exposition in the Gallery to this professionals looking for bathroom solutions
To manage Catalogues and other Marketing and Product materials for doing his job
To keep up to date on bathroom products and / or renovations (trends, launches, innovations, etc.)
To have extensive knowledge of the market and the industry.
To be able to provide customized customer service.
To provide support to Roca's national and international professionals and specification teams
To supervise and optimize all products displayed in the showroom. To analyze the acceptance of new products at the Gallery and predict future interest in order to optimize the exhibition.
To design bathroom spaces for customers who request it through the Design Service (the design tool will be provided by the company).
To actively participate in events attended by potential specifiers.
To carry out an in-depth presentation of products during VIP visits (materials, installation systems, solutions, manufacturing processes, etc).
To identify and contact potential specifiers.
To offer guided tours of the Gallery.
We are seeking for a professional with a Bachelor's Degree / University Degree / Certificate of Higher Education : Design, Architecture, Building Engineer, Product Design, Quantity Surveyor, Interior Design or similar.
High level of English it's a must.
