Responsible for the Wholesalers and associated Retail Banner groups, the role has accountability for the full scope of Reckitt Benckiser’s commercial interaction with the customer, ranging from the development of sales strategy to the management of promotional activities.
The role requires close cross functional interaction with Trade Marketing, Planning, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance.
Responsible for achieving strategic objectives with key customers ie. Net Revenue, Trade Spend, Gross Margin, Scan Market Share, Product & Placement Share
Building long term partnerships with key pharmacy customers
Responsible for the promotional planning and promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimization)
Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to RB commercial strategy and trading terms.
Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per portfolio
Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories.
Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level ideally in a business-related subject from a recognised University
Experience with a fast moving consumer goods company / HC Company of at least 3 years.
Proven track record / sales experience with key international or local Retailers

Experience in influencing and engaging key figures in customer organisations, preferably within both grocery and pharmacy channels.
Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing / Finance is an advantage.
