To drive the necessary growth and continued scale of Amazon’s associate needs within a constrained employment environment, Amazon is creating a Workforce Staffing Analytics program.

This program will re-invent how Amazon attracts, communicates with, and ultimately hires its hourly associates. This team will own multi-layered research and program implementation to drive deep learnings, process improvements, and strategic recommendations to global leadership.

The Senior Program Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders in North America and the European Union to deliver global parity for Workforce Staffing's candidate and labor market insights research programs.

Specifically, the Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the full project / program cycle, starting with concept and planning, then through implementation, training, and launch, ending with post-mortem, measurement and maintenance.

There are many opportunities in this space to innovate and learn, experiment and pilot, and work closely with our business leaders as well as the Workforce Staffing team.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Building a close partnership with candidate and market insights, research teams, subject matter experts, EU customer teams and business leaders to support the globalization of research programs
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines, requiring frequent multi-layered communication, organization / time management, and creative problem solving skills
  • Act as a key internal resource in the analysis, measurement, and requirements-gathering related to process improvement and productivity initiatives
  • Plan, design and communicate the implementation and adoption of new programs and process
  • Identify gaps for localization and bridge them to ensure adoption of projects in different locales
  • Provide regular updates and metrics to stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Partner with legal, public relations, employee relations to ensure compliance of research projects in the EU
  • Familiarity with more advanced skills in accessing / manipulating data using SQL
  • Experience working with remote, geographically-distributed teams, with senior leaders
  • Experience with recruiting processes
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with EU HR Privacy Requirements
  • Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and work both collaboratively and independently
