You will participate in developing the strategy for Scalefast eCommerce solutions creating, managing, and marketing product, features, services, and content adapted to client needs, company strategy, and vision.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Product management :
Communicate and reinforce the product strategy and vision across teams
Build a world-class product management organization : hire, train, coach
Plan and take part in the launch of new products and involve several different departments in such launches
Establish timescales for the development of new products with project management and engineering departments
Drive product development efforts across functions, including research, requirements definition, UX, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, and launch efforts
Discover & prioritize product opportunities by working with analytics, marketing & UX teams
Develop product backlog, establish success metrics & related measurements
Be the liaison between the business and technology teams to help build product roadmaps, prioritize project initiatives, and manage support issues
Develop detailed business requirements that can be used to create technical product specifications for each product and / or service
Plan and drive product launches including working with social team, customer service, executives, and other site experience team members
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
Review competitors’ websites and research ways to differentiate from the competition
Identify product gaps, process improvements, and solutions
Help to build and execute upon a product roadmap
Prioritize work requests and enhancements based on ROI, strategic initiatives, and customer needs
Create feedback loop and integrate learnings from each party
Develop product messaging that differentiates new products from others in the market
Communicate the value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
Brief the press and PR teams about new products and take part in presentations
Through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and sales data, gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas
Use market research data to determine product pricing, promotion, feature, etc.
Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy, and blog posts
Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences
Test new products
Propose and keep within a budget
Research competitor offerings and react when appropriate
Write product / marketing requirements documents and user stories. Communicate requirements clearly to the marketing, design, and development teams
Manage relationships with industry partners and identify new partnership opportunities to enhance Scalefast’s products & services.
Develop an understanding of Scalefast technologies, platforms, and market trends
Use data and research to determine how clients use Scalefast’s products, and use this knowledge to prioritize new functionality and features
Research online trends, tactics, and current events
Translate business requirements for the development teams to implement
Forward-thinking and exploring emerging digital trends
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU AWESOME
Have 5+ years of product management experience in Enterprise B2B Saas company, preferably for online commerce experiences.
Mobile experience is a plus.
Proven experience in product strategy & planning, road-mapping, customer & product discovery
Proven experience in reporting to C-suite & founders
Boast strong project management skills including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Be a self-starter who enjoys problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to offer quick solutions and alternatives to various business and technical challenges
Like to deliver results and make an impact on an organization; strongly dislike bureaucracy and politics
Have a history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done, even as a sole contributor
Possess proven analytical and quantitative skills (including using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics); ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases
Have a Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape
Communication strong written and verbal communication skills. A storyteller who can excite and rally teams behind common product objectives.

Understand the digital retail environment, including what makes a site convert, KPI’s and analytics
Ability to develop strategies to build client relationships and improve the digital experience through increased brand recognition, conversion, loyalty, promotions, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Ability to synthesize / analyze complex or diverse information
Strong time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities
High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment. Share expertise with others
Strong working knowledge of website and mobile UI know what makes a good user experience online and via mobile devices
