About the Role : Citco Governance Services provides a full range of corporate and trustee services, including the setup, management and administration of companies and trusts, regulatory and accounting, services from more than 40 jurisdictions.

To manage a portfolio of companies, and supervise a team of three or more staff members.Job Duties in Brief : Manage and have supervision over a large portfolio of companies.

Receive , handle and / or delegate clients’ requests to staff within the account, and monitor progress thereof.Ensure that the full account meets time writing targets.

Provide guidance and training on proper procedures related to time writing to staff.Have knowledge of procedures relevant to incorporations, and all other aspects of BVI Business Companies and train staff on these proceduresAttend weekly Account Managers meetingMonitor and pursue collection of KYC information and Accounts ReceivablesEnsure Account meets Citco’s risk policy requirements in regards to all businessMonitor staff attendance and time recording on a daily / weekly basis.

Perform semi-annual appraisals of account staff.Identify training needs of staff and submit to Managing Director.About You : Chartered Secretary or degree in Law, Business or similar qualification.

At least three years’ experience in the financial service industry.Computer literate knowledge of Microsoft Word mandatory.

Have knowledge of services provided the other Citco offices.Have working knowledge of IBI / BVIBC Acts, and Citco’ KYC, Risk and all Group policies .

Have knowledge of Citco operational procedures, policies and procedures.Excellent communication skills.Capable of interpreting basic financial data.

Professional attitude and commercial affinity.Fluent English and Spanish and / or Portuguese language skills.Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle heavy workloadDegree qualified in Accounting or Finance related are preferredWhat We Offer : A challenging and rewarding role in an award-winning global business.
