  • Job Description

    As a Digital Account Manager you will have to apply your extensive knowledge in digital strategy and planning across all digital channels.

    Together with Planning Unit colleagues, you will define digital activation plans, measurement framework and all kind of tasks related with online media.

    Supported by Account Director and also Starcom Head of Digital, you’ll be the main contact with our clients regarding digital within the account team you will be involved.

    Building strong relationships with clients and other external partners is also an import part of this role.

    How you’d spend your day :

  • With the Account Director, being responsible for quality of strategy to clients, bringing out the best in the teams and establishing an effective relationship with customers
  • Providing strategic input across all of client’s objectives, with a specific focus on digital
  • Generating analysis of performance reports, presentations and rational to clients
  • Building productive and collaborative working relationships with internal teams, media owners and technology partners
  • Spreading the digital knowledge to the teams
  • Being constantly appraised of technology developments in tracking and targeting in order to deliver the most innovative, competitive, breakthrough and accountable possible actions
  • Consistently monitoring activation of the strategy - Modify and adapt as needed
  • Aiding to manage client expectations
  • Keeping up with the latest trends in media
  • Helping Planning Unit teams to provide inputs into media partner selection and campaign rationals
  • Qualifications

    What we’re looking for :

  • University degree related to Marketing, Advertising or Economics, or around 8-10 years of experience managing clients in digital planning
  • Good knowledge of tools like Google Trends and ComScore
  • Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive
  • Strong strategist skills
  • Leadership and people management
  • Steadfastly pushes self and others for results
  • Open to new ideas and change
  • Direct Response expertise
  • Digital media negotiation skills and experience
  • We think you’re awesome if you :

  • Are proficient in English (B2 or more)
  • Have offline media planning knowledge and heave users of Media Planning’ tools
  • Know and use all digital disciplines : Display, SEM, SEO, Affiliation, Social, Programmatic
  • Microsoft Excel high proficiency required
  • Additional requirements :

  • Acknowledge and commit to comply with our internal procedures intending to prevent bribery and corruption
