To strengthen our Global Market Access and External Engagement team , based in the UK, Belgium or EU5 , we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of :
Global Pricing Lead (Director)
The Global Pricing Lead will be based in Belgium, UK, Germany, France, Spain or Italy and play a key role in the Global Patient Access practice.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering the global pricing strategy of a Phase III asset in preparation for launch, and contributing to global operational pricing activities such as launch sequence optimisation, escalating of pricing business cases to global pricing committee and to the optimisation of current global pricing tools and processes.

Bring Payer insight, strategic thinking and technical expertise to all aspects of pricing strategy development
Collaborate with key functional Asset Leads such as commercial, access, medica, and the overall Payer Value Strategy Lead to ensure the pricing strategy is built around a compelling value proposition
Create a value proposition specific for a well-defined patient subpopulation, equipped with appropriate future evidence generation plans
Future proof the Global pricing strategy by researching insightful analysis of emerging trends in major payer systems around the world
Lead the operation of the Global Pricing Strategy, establishing an optimal launch sequence and supporting the local affiliates with the launch price business cases
Maintain pricing governance, maintaining SOPs, optimising different global pricing tools such as pricing databases and dashboards, and contribute to ad-hoc pricing projects
You will contribute by :
Providing proactive leadership and orchestration of the complete global pricing strategy
Aligning access and pricing assumptions with the target product profile
Coordinating and driving strategic acquisition of payer insights
Adapting asset strategies according to evolving healthcare ecosystems in the US, EU, China
Coordinating and leveraging relevant Health Economic analyses
Designing and driving relevant and savvy pricing research
Developing a modern and innovative value- based pricing strategy
Contributing to UCB’s pricing forecast in line with UCB’s strategic framework
Establishing optimal launch sequence
Acting as a key partner and trusted partner to the Asset Team and cross functional leaders
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
Strong experience of hands on experience in designing global price and access strategies, overseeing access and health economics
Extensive knowledge of the US and EU5 healthcare systems
Experience working within a pharmaceutical environment
Strong leadership qualities and communication skills
Ability to problem solve and assimilate data quickly
Experience working within a multi-disciplinary matrix environment
Holistic and big picture thinking across assets, geographies and over a 10-year horizon
Existing relations and network within access
