Sus responsabilidades y tareas :
Indirect Procurement business partner to provide market-based sourcing solutions in WEMEA & LAM (understand business strategy, scope, and translate into a project implementation strategy which is in line with the sourcing strategy) and orchestrating its implementation for large and strategically important projects)
Accountable to define and deploy the local procurement strategy in WEMEA & LAM region
Accountable for local procurement performance objectives / targets
Accountable for Regional Procurement Performance and interface for Regional / Division / BU stakeholders on all procurement related topics for services, products, and materials and coordination with Procurement and central functions of region
Responsible to implement global defined regionally implemented indirect procurement categories in the region with stakeholders, Divisions, legal entities (e.
g. professional services, logistics, utilities, MRO supplies, HR services, travel, fleet)
Responsible to define strategy and drive execution and implementation of procurement for regional, local categories (e.
g. real estate, facility management, equipment, IT Voice / mobile and site services)
Ensure adherence in procurement process and policies in the region in line with Global Procurement standards
Orchestrate, define and deploy Regional Procurement strategy in alignment with stakeholders
Guide and lead the regional procurement team to ensure the implementation of key strategies
Focused on cost efficiency implementation across regional procurement teams
Strive for automation and digitalization practices and tool improvement
Develop and deploy procurement activities related to transformation initiatives
Highest escalation point at regional level for all Operations procurement issues in the Region for the Divisions, legal entities
Su perfil y calificaciones :
University, master’s degree in economics
12+ years of experience in procurement processes
Profound know how of international contract management and experience with implementation of corporate procurement
Work experience both in complex matrix and centralized organizations
Profound project management skills
Negotiation experience across the global supplier markets
Systems, Ariba, S2P, SAP
Ability to lead internationally and / or culturally diverse teams
Ability to network and build relationships
Deep understanding of business on a broad international scale
Very good analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
Takes ownership of the work, successes and mistakes
Very good communication skills
