Vision of the Role :

Person in charge in a qualified manner the functions of control and supervision of their sector of responsibility and the tasks to be performed in view of the customer.

Main functions : General :

General :

  • Prepare and decorate the rooms and tables of the restaurant. Preparation and set up of Bar area.
  • Collaborate in welcoming, dismissing, placing and advising customers on menus and drinks.
  • Perform work in full view of the customer (flambéing, cutting, carving, de-feathering).
  • Checking of common items.
  • Store and control the goods and objects of current use in the restaurant area.
  • Invoice and charge the customer, as well as balance and settle the collection in their section.
  • Specific :

  • Works with the rest of the team for customer satisfaction.
  • Knows the menu and beverage offerings available in their work area.
  • Applies at all times the HACCP and other established regulations.
  • Reports any allergy or incident with customers to his immediate manager.
  • Requirements

    Education / Training :

    Essential : Degree or knowledge acquired in the performance of your profession equivalent to school graduate or vocational training in bars and restaurants.

    High level of English and German.

    Desirable : Technician in Nutrition. Knowledge of cocktail making or Sommelier.

    Experience :

    Essential : One year of experience in a similar position.

    Desirable : Knowledge of dynamic work environments, preferably hotels or large cafeterias.
