Based in Madrid, the Website Demand Optimization Manager will be responsible for Website Optimization with the chops to both strategize and execute as part of the Digital Marketing team at Celonis.

You will lead our charge to optimize the performance of Celonis’s digital properties in the international markets in order to generate more qualified leads, organic traffic, and engaged visitors.

Key Responsibilities : Be accountable for delivering on digital marketing demand generation goals (website health / SEO, lead-generation, conversion optimization, user-journey optimization, reporting and insights, etc) and building an on-going maintenance and upgrade plan to ensure our digital presence reflects best practices and industry trends from a demand generation perspective.

  • Research potential users in our target persona audiences to understand behavior and preferences. Bring all elements together to build a demand generation focused road-map and project plan with the corporate web team for Celonis com and campaign landing pages.
  • Day to day management : work with the web team to plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the demand generation requirements on the Celonis website.

    Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.Website refresh : Effectively project manage the expansion and refresh of the website for our international markets.

    Effective user experience : Leverage customer insights and best practices to build customer journey flows. As a starting point for the website, we want to convert business objectives and user insight into specific actions that customers come to the site to complete.

    Content strategy and road-map : Based on insights and business objectives, determine appropriate on-page content, structure and format and life-cycle to deliver a compelling user experience.

    Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and / or duplicate information.Technical search engine optimization : Lead ongoing website health optimization (e.

    g. based on quarterly keyword analysis from the SEO team across geographies) and ensure website is technically up to date and tuned for key search engines, Google and Bing.

    Drive results : Set website performance benchmarks and deliver agreed upon annual KPI's including positive ROI, improved conversion and engagement metrics, site traffic, optimization targets, leads, etc, by geography.

    Ensure Celonis webpages are maximized for conversions through updating and constant and frequent A / B testing of new page designsRequirements : Proven 5+ years as a website manager in a B2B technology or software environment.

    Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, MySQL and JavaScript.

    Expert knowledge of Macromedia suite, Adobe suite, Content Management Systems and W3C Web standards.Has created and rolled-out international websites and understands regional nuances.

    Experienced continually optimizing website health / SEO / UX design / page conversion.Understands Demand generating tactics (PPC, paid social, re-targeting, ABM, email, etc) and how the web user-journey can be optimized for conversion.

    Comfortable pulling performance data from multiple sources and to create actionable insights.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations, and communicate clearly with co-workers and leadership team.Practical understanding of security, privacy and data protection compliance and best practices (e.

    g. GDPR, EU Cookie law etc).Attention to detail.Advantageous if you have : Experience with our marketing technology stackExcellent content creation and writing skills.

    Agency management experience.BA / BS preferredThe successful candidate must be adept at leveraging an arsenal of optimization tactics to accomplish these goals and enjoy collaborating with designers, web developers from the corporate marketing team, and key marketing stakeholders across the demand generation organization.
