As an HR Partner, you are in charge of deploying the HR strategy in you scope and you coordinate the daily HR operations of the population you are in charge of, by implementing all group processes and contributing to the definition of new ones.
You act as a business partner by supporting the operational stakes through the relevant HR projects and actions.
You are also owner of strategic projects for the Group (HR Roadmap).
Main Responsibilities & duties :
Support the employees and partner with managers and Direction across the different sites.
Responsible for delivering hands on, day to day HR generalist support across all areas of HR including Employee Relation, Policy, engagement, reward, L&D, succession, and talent.
Driving the people agenda for your scope, working on harmonising and collaboration.
Supervising a team of one or several HR Officers and Senior HR officers, you are responsible for their performance and career progression
You are in charge of ensuring the HR legal compliance in your scope, to keep up to date with legislation, undertake local audits when needed
You act as a business partner, providing appropriate levels of challenge and guidance on a range of workforce topics, ensuring that leadership understands and fully engages with HR processes and activities and those consistent approaches are applied to ensure best value solutions are achieved.
You steer the implementation of the HR group processes, policies and tools in your scope
Skills & experience :
You have 7-10 years of experience as a generalist HR
You are fluent in English, speaking another language is a plus
You are a driven individual, able to work in an intercultural and diverse environment
A previous experience in a Consulting company is a plus
You have strong influencing skills and have people management experience
