The Manager - SHES provides SHES (Safety, Health, Environment, and Security) knowledge, advice, compliance, systems and processes to assist and enable Europe & Middle East sub-region to meet the Orica SHES requirements and objectives.
Champion SHES values and behaviours at all levels of the sub-regional organisation.
Demonstrate SHES behavior and lead SHES by example.
Provide advice and support to line management for their SHES accountabilities to comply with SHES values and standards.
Drive improvements in SHES culture and line commitment to SHES.
Build the systems and processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements and Orica Group and EMEA Regional SHES
Visible SHES leadership.

Manage SHES at Orica sites in Europe & Middle East with the team of 2 direct reports (60%).

Education and Experience
Science, Engineering or similar Degree or higher qualification in SHES;
At least 3-5 years of SHES experiences in industry.
At least 3 years experience in managing teams.
