We need to incorporate a Consultant with experience in analysis and configuration tasks of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool.

TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES :

  • Analysis of customer requirements and technical design of the solution, participating in the evaluation of the solution (identifying times, efforts, resources...).
  • Implementation and configuration of the solution in coordination with the technical team and client.
  • Support and troubleshooting tasks as required.
  • Functional and technical testing of developments.
  • End-user training as required.
  • Collaboration in pre-sales tasks and support to the sales team.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelors degree in Technical Engineering and / or Higher Education in Computer Science or Telecommunications or similar.
  • Experience in development projects based on .NET
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in tasks similar to those described.
  • Knowledge and experience in Dynamics CRM projects, with current versions.
  • Medium - high level of English.
  • Availability to travel with short stays in other cities.
  • NICE TO HAVE :

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 solutions (Power BI, Social Listening, Marketing, SharePoint...).
  • Knowledge and / or experience with other CRM technologies.
  • Experience in ClickDimension platform.
