This role will be part of the Business People Partner Team in charge of the Sales Department (HQ + Subsidiaries - mainly Europe and China).

About the role :

  • As a member of the People department, you will be dedicated to ensuring current and future Wallboxers have the best experience within the most inspiring and inclusive environment to do their best work and achieve their potential throughout their journey at Wallbox.
  • Work very closely with our COEs (center of expertise such as labor relations, total rewards, learning and development, etc) ensuring the deployment and adoption (from managers and wallboxers) of the different programs and tools, previously designed and developed, based on the business needs.
  • Liaise with Sales managers to ensure we enable managers to create, develop and retain the best individuals within high performing teams.
  • Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning : ensure that there is a robust succession plan in place and that we are developing our leaders and getting them ready for the next challenge.
  • You’ll also provide support to line managers in employee relations and employment law, ensuring that our employment policies are implemented fairly and consistently.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to the Sales Management Team for improvement of organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement : you’ll help develop and deliver engagement and communication plans which drive engagement, so you’ll instinctively know what’s best.
  • Partner and lead projects which has business impacts change management (optimization of people processes, KPI, metrics and bonus definition)
  • Ensure that the People team provides exceptional service to your internal customers.
  • Requirements

  • Have more than 3 years as People Partner experience, gained at business partner ideally within a high volume, fast paced and customer focused environment
  • Proven experience working with Sales and Expansion related teams
  • You are agile & a problem solver
  • Be able to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels
  • Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
  • Demonstrate the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proven experience working with remote teams (nice to have)
  • International labor Knowledge (nice to have)
  • English high level and another language - French, German, Dutch - (nice to have)
