Main Tasks :

Peripheral Champion :

  • Be the principal SME within the EU Sales Center re : Peripherals.
  • Drive the discovery and closure of peripheral sales opportunities, increasing unit / $ volumes across the EU Sales Centers (BCN, Athens, Prague)
  • Ensure ISRs are equipped to drive peripheral solution discussions with their customers (leveraging on training / value proposition messaging from Category).
  • Potentially to attend customer conference calls, as SME where applicable.

  • Facilitate workshop, best practice share sessions across teams. Deliver training sessions to the ISR / IAMs to develop their knowledge and skill-set re : Peripherals value proposition, leveraging material from Category.
  • Work with both ISRs and Supervisors to define their approach during customer conversations regarding Peripherals (disruptive truth, value proposition etc.
  • Build collateral to equip Sales team during their customer conversations (one pagers, call guides for example).

  • Analyze data to identify selling patterns in a given market / country (top selling PLs / growth opportunities etc), and define plan to grow SoW, driving the key peripherals business which delivers revenue and margin contribution.
  • Engage with WW Category, acting a SPOC for the EU Sales Centre Peripheral business - feedback on business trends, growth opportunities, strategy / initiatives in place, feedback from SPV / ISRs, customers / partners, support needed (pricing, product offering etc)
  • 3PO Champion :

  • Develop to become an SME regarding the GETAC complete product portfolio
  • Work closely with the GETAC Specialist in place, leveraging on their knowledge and expertise to on-boarding and up-skill as quickly as possible.
  • Drive the discovery and closure of GETAC solution sales opportunities, increasing unit / $ volumes across the EU Sales Centers (BCN to start with, but can expand to other Hubs).
  • Support End User ISR to position the GETAC product value proposition, and support them in the process to manage the GETAC deal.
  • Potentially to attend customer conference calls, as SME where applicable.

  • Work to create and deliver training around this range of products to make sure that the End User Hub ISRs feel confident to position it.
  • To understand the processes regarding :
  • Qualifying & Approving rugged request (EU Sales Centre)

    Providing Pricing to Sales and GETAC funnel management (EU Sales Centre)

    Order entry, management, production and order delivery etc.

    Collaboration method with relevant teams at relevant stages (CSSM, Sales Ops, Category etc).
