    Do you love data reporting ?

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and accurate data specialist to be the latest addition to our team. Working with us is a great opportunity to have an expose of the different aspects of our business and to take part in an exciting transition that we are currently going through.

    The HR Reporting Analyst offers support to the HR department by providing accurate, complete and current data. This is a unique role with a level of autonomy to make it your own.

    As a key part of our team you would be responsible for :

  • Consolidation of data from Global Talent Acquisition team and creating bespoke and ad hoc reporting for the wider HR community and Business
  • Sharing information, status and needs to Managers and Business Partners by creating presentations and reports to support HR goals and insights
  • Ensuring that data from multiple sources is collected, managed and analyzed in a timely and effective manner
  • Manipulating and managing of data so that the right person can get the information they need at the right time
  • Builds strong relationship across the community and share knowledge with others
  • Who we are looking for?

  • High knowledge of MS Office (very good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • English fluent / Spanish will be an advantage
  • High attention to details
  • Have a team-oriented attitude
  • Positive personality and active character
  • Eager to learn and contribute, curious mindset
