To strengthen our Global Globe R&D, Business Solutions and ISIT Innovation group, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to complete our Conversational Artificial Intelligence team.

Position SummaryIn this position, working with the Conversational Artificial Intelligence team, you will be accountable for the market implementation of new B2C and B2E conversational solutions including chatbots and voice apps, assuring a qualitative delivery of the different products roadmap, which ranges from global integrations through different features and services to new business models coming from functional and business owners.

Your mission will be to deliver comprehensive conversational solutions (speech-based assistants, chatbots and voice apps) on messaging apps and other consumer face channels to automate communication and create personalized customer experiences at scale.

The Project manager is working with agencies and other Nestlé stakeholders to optimize project operations and communication.

Before, during and after the deployment of new solutions, the Conversational Artificial Intelligence Project Manager has the critical responsibility of supporting markets in their project set up vis-a-vis daily operations.A day in the life of...

  • Lead and manage multiple ISIT projects simultaneously through the entire system development cycle.
  • Develop project plans that include detailed budget, project timeline, detailed task-driven schedule, project RACI, resource plan, and communication plan
  • Ensure all projects’ milestones are completed on-time, within scope, and within budget, and to the required quality standard
  • Responsible for identifying security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process and ensure they are considered in the solution design
  • Coordinate internal teams and external agencies to manage list of all active chatbots, voice apps and other AI initiatives, track status, coordinate global integrations, key deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, actions and prepare summaries as needed and lead or participate in project prioritization meetings with senior leadership.
  • Effectively convey project goals, objectives, and expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely, clear, and compelling fashion
  • Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews / demos and retrospectives.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plan
  • Work seamlessly with Brand Managers and Functional Owners on joint timelines and smooth handoff of projects at the appropriate stages
  • Work independently, with limited day-to-day guidance from leadershipWhat will make you successful
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering field, information systems, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant experience of project manager in a relevant functional area, Product Development, Business Analyst / Solution Specialist on B2C / B2E products.
  • Strong background in two or more areas : conversational interfaces, natural language processing (NLP), enterprise search / question answering, speech-to-text, machine learning, data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI)
  • You successfully deployed AI solutions like chatbots on common messaging and chat services like Facebook Messenger
  • Experience successfully leading cross functional / multi-discipline teams across the organization while delivering outstanding results.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Agile working methods eg. Scrum / Kanban
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met
  • Desire to drive continuous process improvement by challenging the way things are done and engaging all functions in the company
  • Technology knowledge beneficial to the job profile : AWS, Azure Bot Services, DialogFlow, Alexa Developer Console and other conversational / AI frameworks and technologies.
