Your role
Our Administrator should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently.
As administrator we support Bookkeepers in Belgium. You will be part of a starting team that helps bookkeepers in Belgium with concrete administrative tasks : processing financial transactions, entering purchase and sales invoices, check VAT Etc.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor in Accountancy or administration
Proven 1-3 years experience as a Administrator
Has affinity with accounting or administrative work
Is meticulous and detail-oriented - knowledge of Belgian accounting is a plus
Excellent communication skills in Dutch / Flemish (written and oral)
Strong customer orientation
Pro-active and hands-on mentality
Well organized and able to prioritize
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
Positive attitude, patience and ability to manage stress
Knowledge of MS Office, Oracle, SAP .
