com Key responsabilities and principle tasks He / she is responsible of the payload during the Assembly, Integration and Tests phases : From the test plan, defines the AIT plan, the test sequence and the major elements of the specification test benchProvides support to the contractual program milestones (PDR, CDR, FMCR .

Organizes the contractual milestones under the responsibility of AIT (TRR) and the NRBManages the execution of the AIT plan and the tasks scheduling with support from the different departments involvedIs the interlocutor of the project for the programmatic and technical aspects of AITOrganizes the risk analysis of the AIT sequenceControls the availability of inputs (documents, HW, SW, GSE)Ensures the application of Quality and Technical ReferentialsOrganizes the transfer of the payload at the prime contractor (including the availability of materials and resources needed)Measures and analyzes all issues occurred during AIT phase, provides lessons learned (REX) at the end of the programManages functionally the AIT team within the programIs responsible for the cost, schedule and quality of the AIT Work Package (WPM) During the first program, he / she will act as Deputy Payload AIT Manager, alongside with a Senior Payload AIT Manager.

Education & Qualifications Degree in Engineering Skills and ideal experience Several years of experience in project managementExperience in space segment AIT activities (at least at equipment level)Experience in space Telecom, Optical Earth Observation or Navigation applicationsExperience in team functional managementWorking knowledge of a systems engineering lifecycleWorking knowledge of testing methodologiesWorking knowledge of a defect processKnowledge of ground support equipment solutions.
