Working as a Commercial Operations Intern at Signify is dynamic. You ll be supporting in administrative task related with credit department and web portal for invoices in customers.

We’re looking for a Commercial Operations Intern who’ll be responsible for managing activities related to master data with customers.

You’ll be part of the Signify Iberia Commercial Operations Team, and its responsibilities are Customer Order Processing and Order Database Management, so Customer Satisfaction and Data Analysis must be in your DNA.

What you’ll do

  • Support in administrative task related with credit department and web portal for invoices in customers
  • Manage activities related to Master data with customers
  • Support on activities related to Disputes process
  • Accept and validate Sales orders by checking references and validating relevant info
  • Check availability of order and prepare delivery proposal. Select proposed alternatives and update order status.
  • Screening of complex orders regarding technical content and commercial correctness
  • Managing specials, combined shipment, missing or dead on arrival. Managing sales orders up to delivery to forwarding
  • Monthly reporting of order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.

  • Open minded, curious and innovative

  • Bachelor degree in operations or Associate degree in operations / Technology
  • Strong understanding of customer Order Execution cycle including warehousing and transportation activities
  • Strong Customer Orientation Speed & Execution mindset (Root cause analysis skills)
  • Hard ability to communicate with impact, communications skills (oral and written)
  • Fluent Spanish Skills are required and Portuguese is valued Knowledge of Systems like SAP, other ERP, user experience
  • High level of Excel is preferred and PowerPoint is also valued
