Accountabilities

Deploy Data technologies and Customer Journeysinnovation in Business Units, fostering and mentoring team capabilities forthem to adopt and use in BAU operations.

  • Management of customer datacollection, its accuracy and maintenance across platforms · Management of data within the CRM database, ensuring all data isaccurate and cleansed for reporting and analysis.
  • Coordinating the develop ofautomatic CRM reports & deliver actionable customer insights for differentstakeholders within the company
  • Act as the single point ofcontact for all customer data and CRM analysis.
  • Be proactive in translating customerlifecycle data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations at astrategic and tactical level.
  • Work closely with eCommerce,Retail, trade and Marketing teams to scope and develop scheduled KPI reportingon acquisition, loyalty and marketing effectiveness.
  • Requirements

    At least 5 years’ experience working with CRMS

    English

    Ability tomanage several different stakeholders
