Management of customer datacollection, its accuracy and maintenance across platforms · Management of data within the CRM database, ensuring all data isaccurate and cleansed for reporting and analysis.
Coordinating the develop ofautomatic CRM reports & deliver actionable customer insights for differentstakeholders within the company
Act as the single point ofcontact for all customer data and CRM analysis.
Be proactive in translating customerlifecycle data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations at astrategic and tactical level.
Work closely with eCommerce,Retail, trade and Marketing teams to scope and develop scheduled KPI reportingon acquisition, loyalty and marketing effectiveness.
At least 5 years’ experience working with CRMS
