Mission
Reporting to the Payments Manager, is responsible for e-commerce & in-store payment methods for Puig brands.
Responsibilities / Key Tasks
RETAIL & E- COMMERCE
Support with e-commerce & in-store payment methods to Puig brands and markets. (Carolina Herrera, Paco Rabanne, Nina Ricci, etc.)
Relationship with external Partners. (Adyen, PayPal, etc.)
Support tasks with other Puig Teams to understand and execute business needs (AR, Accounting, IT, Marketing...).
Configuration of eCommerce and Retail platforms.
CONTROL
Reporting to check the main KPIs of Payments team (Interchange rate, Auth. Rate, Fraud Rate ).
Exploring data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through Brands.
Develop and monitor payments dashboard with defined targets and actions by brand and market.
Fraud rules and Chargebacks control.
PROJECTS
Support brands with payment solutions for new projects
Ad-hoc Analysis
Become the key-contact on all payment methods across Puig teams.
OTHERS
Support to the Treasury Shared Service Centre in different matters.
Experience :
1-3 years in a Payment Department.
Experience with e-commerce payment methods.
Working with Agile methodology will be valued.
Education :
Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
Languages :
Oral and written knowledge of English, Spanish are required.
Competencies :
