To ensure the implementation of Quality Policies, methodologies and initiatives. Identifying quality standard with a view of improving the total quality concept in the group.
Being responsible for Managing the implementation of Quality Programs, Policies, and procedures in the company.
Assure the implementation and certification of IATF 16949 in the group. Guarantee the existing success of ISO 14001certification.
Customer contact for compliance Management. Managing and leading the team for customer complaint.
Assure customer audits success.
Management of measurement system.
Management of Supplier Quality and continual improvement in the Group.
Management of Production Quality and continual improvement
Management of Quality Team including training, KPI definition and evaluation, Performance Evaluation and development Plan actions.
Manages the Group Quality Budget.Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Electronic , Industrial, Electric, Telecommunication, or other related fields.
3 - 5 years of Previous working experience in a similar position or over 5 years of previous working experience in a Quality Department in similar or related position.
Proved experience with Automotive customer requirement
Deep Knowledge in ISO : 9001 and IATF
DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D, core tools, ( APQQ, MSA, PPAP , APQP)Competences : Leadership SkillResult OrientationProblem Solving and decision making skillBusiness and Strategic Vision skillCommunicative and Assertive Professional.
