The role :
As one of the biggest actors in the InsurTech industry and after our successful series B fundraising, wefox Tech team is growing at a very fast pace.
With strong growth come new challenges : you would be the one in charge of evangelising Agile mindset and culture across the company and making sure we can scale in an Agile way.
Your responsibilities as a Scrum Master :
Lead and coach teams and individuals in the adoption of the Scrum framework (2-3 teams maximum)
Train and help people to understand and live the Scrum values, pillars and methodologies
Form a team with your product managers to enable development teams
Train development teams to understand their role and accountabilities. Enable them to become motivated, engaged, cross-functional and self organised teams.
Facilitate inceptions, backlog refinements and other Scrum events.
Remove impediments that block the team from delivering value
Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions
Your responsibilities in the organisation :
Help coaching the organisation and the teams in the adoption of an Agile mindset
Promote knowledge transfer, efficient and transparent communication and collaboration, best practices and standardisation across the company
Detect our organisational waste and promote changes that will increase our efficiency
Create a continuous improvement culture in our teams and in the entire organisation
What you bring :
A minimum of 3 years working with Scrum is a must : expertise in the Scrum Framework and Agile Mindset, including strong working knowledge of Scrum Values and pillars, Roles, Events, and Artifacts, as well as Agile Principles and Values
You worked with multiple scrum teams at the same time before.
Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information at all levels.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with people
Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
A passion for new technologies and for teaching people, being a servant leader
Fluent in English
Nice to have :
You scaled agile in a startup before
Scrum Master Certified is a plus
Knowledge in Agile scaling frameworks
Involved in the local Agile community
Fluent Spanish or German
Previous working experience in the insurance sector
