Working at NTT The NETWORKING and AUTOMATION ENGINEER will collaborate closely with the Technical Account Manager and will be responsible for executing the continuous improvement and evolutionary activities (projects).
Automation : analysis, validation and coordination with the client, generation and implementation of automation on the infrastructures under support, of the informative type (report / status, healthy checks), incidental or provision.
Support for projects and changes. Service catalog management. Technical recommendations : generate and model specific recommendations in coordination with the Technical Account Manager towards the client.
Support to generation of operations, processes and documentation. In addition, the dedicated resource of the technical office, due to its direct knowledge of the client's platforms and their qualifications, will provide extra support to the CGR at specific times (due to work peaks, rotation of a team member, vacation periods, etc.
What do we expect from you? Telecommunications / Computer Engineering Degree or academic training related with IT environment.
5 years of experience Certifications that will be valued : Cisco CCNA / CCNP F5 Certified Administrator / Specialist Palo Alto PCNSA / PCNSE Red Hat RHCSA / RHCE / Ansible Automation Linux CompTIA / LPIC Technical skills : Knowledge of routing / switching, voip and security with different manufacturers such as Cisco, F5, Palo Alto or Aruba.
Virtualization knowledge (VMWare, NSX-T) Knowledge of call handling tools such as Cisco CUCM. Know the DevOps methodology and have knowledge of : High knowledge of the Linux operating system Version control systems : Git Configuration management tools : Ansible / Puppet CI / CD Tools : Drone / Jenkins Python programming applied to networking : Use of manufacturers' SDKs and APIs (REST / JSON / XML) Netmiko / Paramiko, Napalm Jinja What will make you a good fit for the role?
