Description : We are looking for an Administrative Associate with high level of Italian to work in a leading multinational company in the chemical sector.

The individual will join Purchasing (procurement) department, and will be responsible for communication with suppliers, administration of purchasing process and supporting colleagues from Accounts Payable team. Main tasks :

  • Responsible for processing of standard purchasing / procurement transactions according to process documentation,
  • Act as a first point of contact for all requisitioning, purchasing and payment inquiries,
  • Process order confirmations of suppliers according to process documentation,
  • Source new suppliers,
  • Support for AP team,
  • Create and maintain system parameters to ensure visibility of content based on system,
  • Provide system support & Trainings to users and procurement professionals via phone, mail or online
  • Build and maintain a procurement knowledge portal Requirements : What we expect from candidates Experience in administrative tasks, ideally in purchasing or supply chain department Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of Italian and English (written / spoken)Solid analytical and PC skills are required (Advanced MS Office Excel user) Offer :
