The role

This is an ESSA Sector Team role which means you oversee the entire region Europe Sub-Saharan Africa and can be based anywhere in these countries.

Your role is to support live Business Units after implementing the transformational ISCP program (project Prolink; integrated Supply Chain Planning).

ISCP is about linking our Supply Chain Planning processes, all the way from Demand Planning through Supply Planning to Line Scheduling.

Live BUs have implemented standardized processes, a new organizational structure and a best-in-class tool. The Prolink project is scheduled to finish in early 2020.

This role will report to the Center of Excellence in Supply Chain and support the teams’ mission to increase Supply Chain knowledge and capability in ESSA.

The role incumbent will lead data sustain activities and processes, making sure that data is complete and in good quality.

Data issues need to be resolved with all involved parties in ESSA. On top of the ongoing sustain work, the SC Data Analyst needs to organize and lead data training sessions and keep developing documentation and online resources like the Data Sustain Portal.

Managing smaller projects or supporting projects at sector level further complements the role.

This role oversees our ESSA region and can be based from any PepsiCo office in Europe

As summary, the Supply Chain Data Analyst :

  • Leads Data Quality Sustain activities and is accountable for Data Quality KPIs in ESSA
  • Organizes Data Trainings & is responsible for Data Knowledge Management
  • Manages and / or supports Data Projects or broader CoE initiatives
  • Primary accountabilities :

  • Lead Data Quality Maintenance / Sustain activities (60%) Accountable for SC Data Quality KPIs in ESSA (currently 95-98 %)Monitor ESSA Data Quality results : this includes interface monitoring (Dataload Diagnostic tool), measuring live data vs.
  • predefined quality rules (Global Data Quality tool) and facilitating the Product Hierarchy Harmonization process (LRDM -

    Lookup Reference Data Management)Host weekly review meetings with live BUs & drive towards resolving detected issuesAct as key user of Data Quality tool : continuous improvement of existing solution through the development of new Data Quality rulesLead / Support defect fixing on JDA Data issues

  • Lead Data Trainings & Knowledge Management (20%) Maintain Data Sustain Portal and MS Teams foldersUpdate / Maintain Standard Operating procedures and Data PlaybookOrganize and Lead Data Trainings to new users

    Qualifications / Requirements

    Your profile

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the required field; min 3-5 years Business experience
  • University degree (Bachelor level) in Business Administration or Information Technology,
  • Good Supply Chain knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills : Proficient in Excel, MS Access, SQL scripts.
  • Knowledge on other tools, databases, ERPs is an asset, e.g. Knime, Alteryx, UI Path, Teradata, Oracle, SAP
  • Resilient, strong analytical skills, systems oriented, drive for results, proactive attitude, strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people with varying levels of expertise and backgrounds, across multiple geographies and categories
  • Ability to communicate and influence across all levels of organization
  • Fluent in English
