Ensuring processes and procedures for global Services Operations in the EMEA region are in compliance to regulatory requirements, Corporate Quality Manual and ISO requirements.
Actively participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of the quality processes in field operations for EMEA.
Ensure quality assurance compliance in customer care, service center, local depots and field operation processes.
Maintain a strong relationship with Global Services team, Global CC Operations, GSC, Global CC Quality, EMEA CCLT, Services Providers and relevant stakeholders.
EMEA services quality systems compliance : Documentation, Procedures, Training, Internal and External audits, CAPA, SCAR, non-conformances, Post market surveillance activities, supplier qualification, validation process, change control process and risk management.
Support and ensure compliance within Global Service Operations for the EMEA region : Device release, shipment process, storage areas, calibration, decontamination, equipment validations, repair
Support and lead projects.
