SRG Global Ibi is looking for a Customer Quality Engineer.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Responsible for one or more customer accounts, being the visible face of the company before them and transferring their needs and requirements internally to the business.
Participate in the definition of the quality strategy and lead some of the initiatives and work teams created to achieve the specific objectives defined, aligned with that strategy.
Lead the actions for the resolution of quality claims or incidents related to your customers, ensuring that they are effective, with the least possible impact on the operations of the business.
Participate in any action necessary in homologation phase of new projects.
The Experience You Will Bring
Prior experience as a Process Engineer, internal Quality Engineer or Customer Quality in an automotive company.
Advanced user of quality core tools.
Familiarity with usual KPIs in the sector, committed to fulfilment of objectives and continuous improvement.
Advanced troubleshooting tools knowledge (8D problem solving, 5Whys, PDCA, etc.)
Strong communication skills.
Ability to make decisions.
Ability to lead groups of people without direct hierarchical dependence.
Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages are welcome.
Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage.
Availability to travel.
