Provide support to the Talent Function, participating in the design, coordination and execution of HR development policies and processes across Ferrovial Services' Subsidiary Companies.

Support in the implementation of the Corporate Human Resources Development Processes across Ferrovial Services' Companies (Employer Branding, 360 Feedback, Succession Planning, Assessment & Development, Training?

Participate in the design and implementation of Ferrovial Services Human Resources Development Projects (Talent Management, International Graduate Programme, Career Path Framework, Internal Mobility?

Collaborate with Ferrovial Services' knowledge management initiatives to support the company innovation strategy (best practices sharing, subject-

matter experts?). -Monitor key talent and engagement metrics that measure the health and efficacy of our policies. -Give support to the Human Resources Development Department of the Head Offices of Ferrovial Services (Recruitment, Selection, Induction, Assessment & Development Planning, Training, Mobility?).

Habilidades y experiencia - Education : University Degree and Master s Degree in Human Resources. - Experience : At least 1 year performing similar job responsibilities and managing talent and engagement projects.
